No subscription to send, and no trial that turns into a weekly charge. Cover sheet free — doesn't count as a page. The app counts the pages and shows one price before you send; the price on the button is the price you pay.

Prices are in US dollars, as in the US App Store. In Canada the App Store shows them in Canadian dollars.

Your first fax is free (1 page)

Once per iPhone, a fax of 1 page costs nothing. No account, no card, no trial.

What every fax includes

• The price before you start, and again on the Send button.
• Cover sheet free — doesn't count as a page.
• Up to 3 attempts to deliver it.
• A PDF receipt with the number, pages, time of delivery, attempts and a confirmation code.
• Your document deleted from our servers once it's delivered — never kept longer than 72 hours.
• Official fax numbers to pick from, each with its source and the date we checked it.

5 faxes, and longer faxes

5 faxes cost $9.99 together and never expire. Each pays for a fax up to 10 pages.

A fax up to 30 pages uses 2 of them, and a fax up to 50 pages uses 3; or you pay for that fax at its own price. The app shows which before you send.

Over 50 pages, the app offers to split the document into two faxes.

Send and Plus: 200 pages a month

Two optional subscriptions for people who fax often. Sending never needs one.

• Send, $9.99 a month: 200 pages a month to send, in any number of faxes.
• Plus, $14.99 a month: the same 200 pages a month to send, plus your own US fax number for receiving faxes.
• The cover sheet doesn't count. A fax uses your pages only if it fits in the pages left this month; otherwise you pay its usual price or use a prepaid fax.
• Unused pages don't roll over. After 200 pages, faxes are the usual price. Faxes you bought separately are kept and never expire.
• With Plus, faxes sent to your number arrive as PDF with a notification and stay on our servers for 30 days. Fair use is 300 received pages a month; above that, faxes still arrive.
• When Plus ends, you can still read your received faxes for 14 days.

Renews automatically until you cancel. No trial. Cancel in Settings on your iPhone, or with Manage subscription in the app. The app reminds you 24 hours before each renewal unless you turn the reminder off.

If a fax isn't delivered

We try up to 3 times. If it still doesn't go through, the fax goes back on your balance automatically — no form to fill in — and the app tells you why in plain words.

For 24 hours you can try again free, or change the number.

If the fax used pages from Send or Plus, the pages come back.
